Elite Property Research has officially turned 3 years old! On January 8, 2014, Savannah Francis started Elite Property Research out of a desire to create opportunity for not only her family, but her community. Over the last three years Elite Property Research, LLC a Bradenton based company has grown from a startup out of the owner’s home to a staff of over 25. Elite Property Research, LLC has taken the Municipal Lien Search industry by storm, serving not only the state of Florida but the entire United States.

While running a competing company, Savannah realized that the industry was highly driven by a need for profit and was lacking a strong customer service focused company. She sought out to fill that void. In doing so Savannah has chosen to focus on the importance of family and relationships.
