Happy Boss’s Day! We’re going to take this moment to recognize our awesome team of admin and get to know them. Here’s a few fun facts about each of them:

Savannah – CEO

What is your favorite family vacation? While I want to say Hawaii... it’s a dream. We also love Tennessee and frequent it more often.

What motivates you to work hard? Independence.

What is your favorite thing about your career? I love being able to create opportunities for others.

What is your proudest accomplishment? Oh gosh… there are so many things I am proud of but tend to shy away from basking in any success or celebrating wins. Being a mom, surviving an abusive relationship, and not letting life’s struggles take me down. Those I am most proud of.

What makes you laugh the most? My youngest daughter. She’s hilarious and very mischievous lol.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A lawyer. I actually have my bachelor’s in legal studies.

What would you sing at Karaoke night? “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” by Shania Twain.

If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? A humpback whale. They are just so amazing.

Sharmaine – VP of Operations

What is your favorite family vacation? I don’t know if it’s really a vacation, but I love that my family does Not-So-Scary Mickey every year. We all dress up with a Disney theme and no matter how old all are it always brings joy to us. Of course, after all the stress of us getting there and the costumes done!

What motivates you to work hard? My family.

What is your favorite thing about your career? Being able to watch people grow and accomplish things they didn’t think they could.

What is your proudest accomplishment? My children!

What makes you laugh the most? Dad jokes or Austin, my partner.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? An attorney or someone that researches the minds of criminals, specifically serial killers.

What would you sing at Karaoke night? “No Scrubs” by TLC.

If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? Maybe a dog because my dogs have the best life ever. Or maybe an elephant because they are so cool! Or a cow because I love cows… Clearly, I have no idea.

Lynne – Accounting Manager

What is your favorite family vacation? I really don't vacation much, like a true get away vacation. I lived very close to Disneyland for over 40 years and now have Walt Disney World close by. I have lived most people's dream vacation of "doing Disney" on a regular basis, so I guess I can't count that. I have not done my dream vacation yet, which would be traveling to New Zealand and Iceland around Christmas time. But for now, I will say the Redwood Forest and parts of Oregon are where my soul feels most relaxed.

What motivates you to work hard? I have been raised that whatever you do, give it your best shot. It is that inner feeling of self-accomplishment that requires no reward from anyone else.

What is your favorite thing about your career? The people. I know that sounds so cheesy, but we have the greatest group of human beings that really pull together as a team. There is such a relaxed and peaceful vibe in the office.

What is your proudest accomplishment? Of course, the "MOM" thing, however, I decided after many years of working in an office I would shift gears and make a big career change. I went back to school in my 50's and became a hairdresser. YEP, I was the oldest in my class (with the best grades - LOL). I enjoyed it for 10 years until I was asked to come and work for Elite.

What makes you laugh the most? Lots of things. But I must say, my son can get me laughing, for any dumb reason, until I am crying.

What did you want to be when you were small? An actress.

What would you sing at Karaoke night? Nope - That is NOT happening.

If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? I guess it would have to be some type of bird, because it would be so cool to fly.



Jessica – Office Manager

What is your favorite family vacation? Camping at Blue Springs / Blue Ridge / Keys – that’s a hard one, I love them all for different reasons.

What motivates you to work hard? My family.

What is your favorite thing about your career? Growing with Elite and watching everything that it has become over the years, and of course everyone that I work with!

What is your proudest accomplishment? My kids!

What makes you laugh the most? I have to say, my husband and kids. There is never a dull moment in my house.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A teacher.

What would you sing at Karaoke night? I would NOT be singing …… You are welcome 😊

If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? A Cow, no reason other than I love them.

Kelsey – Client Relations Manager

What is your favorite family vacation? We went to Disney World after my dad was deployed for Hurricane Andrew, it was our first family trip. I was 5 but I remember it vividly.

What motivates you to work hard? I like to succeed; I take joy from a job well done.

What is your favorite thing about your career? The variety of task I get to perform. No one day is the same.

What is your proudest accomplishment? Being an aunt to 4 awesome kids, I have enjoyed watching them grow into being their own person.

What makes you laugh the most? Silly things, but for sure my partner Brad. He can always make me big laugh.

What did you want to be when you were small? Oh boy, it’s changed a lot. Ballerina, firefighter, doctor, and teacher are some that I remember.

What would you sing at Karaoke night? ANY Disney song. If I had to choose one, it would be “I’ll make a Man out of You” from Mulan.

If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? Octopus, because they are so crazy versatile.
