That's a wrap on the 2nd quarter of the year! This time, we chose Tristina as our employee of the quarter. Tristina here truly carried us through the 2nd quarter with her amazing work ethic. Let's get to know more about her:

1. What do you do for Elite? I work in the accounting department doing a lot of various job duties.

2. What motivates you to work hard? I always want to do my best and I love seeing the results from my actions. I am always in competition with myself to do better! I also always want to receive the best outcome of my job duties for whoever I am working for.

3. Do you have any hobbies? Yes, I love to crochet! I just got back into reading novels, I collect Flamingos, I’m always striving every day to better my relationship with Jesus which make me love going to bible study (if you count that as a hobby). I love hanging out and talking with my family and our dogs. I love going thrift shopping with my family. Lastly but NEVER least…. Love riding on motorcycles!!

4. What is something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t tried yet? Jump from a plane and learn how to play the piano.

5. What is something you will absolutely never eat? I love food so there isn’t much I won’t try but I will say, what I won’t eat, are Potato Bugs or Sea Urchins- YUCK!

6. What is your favorite way to unwind? I love spending time with my family and our dogs…. They both bring me peace and comfort.

7. What is your favorite family tradition? We stay home and don’t go anywhere on Christmas day! We open our presents in the morning, stay in our pajamas all day and then cook a holiday meal.

8. If money were no object, how would you spend your time? I would pay off our debt and my family’s debt so we can spend time traveling around the United States in our RV and then go travel the world.

9. What was your first job? My first job I had was when I was 13 years old. I worked for a place called Quaker Gardens, it was right next door to our junior high school, and it was a retirement home. After school, I would serve dinner to the residents in their dining room, it was like a waitressing job. They would sit at a table of 4, fill out their dinner menu and then I would serve them their dinner choice. Sometimes I would work shifts on the weekends to serve them breakfast or lunch. My parents didn’t like the weekend shifts sometimes because the breakfast shift started at 6 which meant 5:30am arrival time at work.

10. What is your favorite place you’ve traveled to? I think all places I have visited are beautiful in their own way, like the Grand Canyon, especially traveling with family but how I get there is my favorite part, so I would say riding on a motorcycle with my husband in the open air is my favorite part!

11. Would you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert? I can be both. I think I am more of an extrovert than an introvert. There are those times where I want to enter a situation and just be an introvert but end up being an extrovert LOL

12. What is your favorite holiday? FOURTH OF JULY!!! I love Red White and Blue and the fireworks!! Pah, Pow Pow!! Boom! Independence Day!!

13. What song reminds you of high school? I have 2….. The Cure, “Pictures Of You” and Michael Jackson, “I’ll Be There”
