Our Ideal Customer

It is uncommon to see a company lay out the guidelines of their dream customer. Typically, it is the other way around. Well today we are going for it and we are going to break down exactly what we look for in an ideal customer.

1. Someone who is too busy

We want you to be busy. Let’s face it... that's why you need us! We are here to help free up time for you to perform more closings and make more money! We are here to help you in any way we can.

2. Someone who enjoys a little fun

We are a fun office, and we like to have fun with our clients too! Whether it’s a silly koozie or a fun phone call, we love to have fun. Let’s be honest the regular hustle and bustle of real estate is STRESSFUL! So, if you have a joke or a funny story you want to share.... PLEASE DO!

3. Someone who wants to get to know us

We don't want to be "just another vendor". We are about building relationships and friendships.

4. Someone who understands that sometimes things are just out of our hands

Sometimes municipalities hold things up. Its terrible... and annoying... but it happens. In some situations, we can ask for favors or send anonymous edible arrangements ;) to push things along and then in other situations there physically isn't anything we can do to move a file forward.

5. Someone who loves a little 80's rock.

Okay... this one isn't mandatory but who doesn't love a little 'Livin' On A Prayer' or 'Don't Stop Believing'

6. Someone who sets expectations

If we know upfront what you expect of us its easier for us to hit the mark every time!

7. Someone who is responsive

There are sometimes where we need a little additional information. Maybe the fee that a municipality is higher than anticipated. Or if a turnaround time on a municipality may interfere with your closing date. Typically, if we are reaching out to you there is a reason and the faster we get what we need the faster we can deliver your report. It’s a win win! :)
