This week we are going to be covering Code Enforcement Violations. 

 

A code enforcement violation can be against a property for not following the laws and rules set forth by the code enforcement department. Typically the owner will receive a written warning notifying them of the violation and what needs to be done to rectify the issue. They can also be assessed a fine that accrues daily.
