Buying a house is a big deal! For many people, it is the most expensive purchase that they will ever make. There are entire books dedicated to the process – but reading a 17 chapter book can be a bit daunting.

The idea of selling a home seems so easy. You list it, people come see it, they make offers and BOOM! SOLD! However, selling a home for top dollar takes some skill and preparation. 

If I were to mention code enforcement rules and regulations in a conversation, most people would automatically tend to think of Home Owner’s Association standards and assume I’m talking about houses being painted an “off” color, or yards not being maintained to a certain standard. Although some municipalities have code regulations that cover this spectrum, code enforcement, in general, goes much deeper than just the outward aesthetics your home or yard.

One of our Elite traditions for the past several years was a baseball game for the staff and their families. We are one big family here at Elite so we always enjoy getting our families together outside of work. Since we have DOUBLED in size, we decided to change it up this year and do a Summer Pool Party.
